4-step pipeline, incremental by design — every run is dated.

1 · Collection

For each monitored organization, list_all_repos_by_owner with exponential retry on intermediate pages. Gitee token: 4500 req/h.

2 · Scoring

Multilingual semantic embeddings vs 4 domain definitions + anti-noise admission (curated keywords anchor, contrastive anti-domains). Hard filters upstream (third_party_*, mirrors/*, stale >2y).

3 · Enrichment

For each selected repo: Claude Haiku 4.5 produces Problem solved, How it works, Chinese specificity, Western equivalent. Bootstrap: no call if fiche already on disk.

4 · Incremental diff

state.json stores pushed_at per repo. Diff NEW / MODIFIED / UNCHANGED / DELETED per run, written to output/diff_YYYYMMDD.md.
